Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made, prior to returning the first Cofisounds questionnaire, will be entitled to a 90% deposit refund. Cancellations made 2 days after the completed first questionnaire has been returned to Cofisounds, and before Cofisounds has sent the client their newly created bespoke forms, will be entitled to an 80% deposit refund. Cancellations made after the bespoke forms have been created by Cofisounds and sent to the client, will be entitled to a 20% deposit refund. Cancellations made, after the remaining payment has been transferred to Cofisounds and before the interview, will be entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations made up to 48hrs after the interview has taken place will be entitled to a 25% refund. After this point, we unfortunately are unable to give refunds.
