‘‘There is something magical about hearing the voice and emotions of someone reliving their life story.’’

Over a long family lunch one summer, a cousin jokingly suggested how great it would be to have all their family stories on one recording - after all, families do love a family story. Thus creating a light bulb moment!

Childhood friends, Corinna and Fiona pooled their skills. With backgrounds in radio & television production and education respectively, they set to work recording the stories of family and friends, tweaking the process with each interview.  

 A year on, COFisounds was launched.
